Who we are and what this policy covers
JordanSoft LLC is an independent software company based in Murphy, North Carolina, United States. This policy covers visits to jordansoft.net and ordinary business inquiries sent to us. Contact Michael Jordan at michael.jordan@jordansoft.net with privacy questions or requests.
Pellucid’s application, downloads, licensing, checkout and optional advertising attribution are covered by the Pellucid privacy policy. Our owner-operated Google Ads API tool is covered by the separate Ads Operations privacy policy. Visiting this company site doesn’t activate those product integrations.
Website requests
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Loading a page provides technical information such as your IP address, requested address, request time and browser information. Request logging is enabled. This information is used to deliver the site, investigate errors and protect the service.
We don’t add advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, sign-in forms or optional advertising local storage to this company site. Fonts use your device’s system font stack. The hosting provider still processes connection information and may apply its own security measures. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Business inquiries
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you provide. We use them to respond, handle the inquiry and maintain relevant business records. Our business email is hosted by Microsoft. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Please don’t send passwords, license keys, payment-card details or confidential documents in an initial inquiry.
Advertising and external links
This company site doesn’t currently perform visitor conversion tracking or create remarketing audiences. The Pellucid site has its own optional measurement controls and explains Microsoft Advertising reporting and the current limits of Google Ads integration in its advertising privacy disclosures.
Microsoft and Google explain their own advertising-related data use in the Microsoft Privacy Statement and Google Business Data Responsibility information. These links are informational; they don’t load advertising tags. Following a link to another website subjects that visit to the other site’s practices.
Purposes and legal bases
Where a legal basis is required, ordinary website delivery, security and business-inquiry handling are based on our legitimate interests, subject to applicable rights and safeguards. Requested pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract may apply to product or business requests, and legal obligations may require retention of business records. Optional advertising processing on the Pellucid site has separate consent controls. Sending an inquiry doesn’t itself give permission to use your information for unrelated advertising.
Processing locations and retention
We operate in the United States. Cloudflare and Microsoft may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate; their linked notices explain their own arrangements. Contact us for information about locations and safeguards relevant to your data. We don’t promise that all processing stays in your country.
Business correspondence is retained according to the purpose of the inquiry and any ongoing contractual, accounting, dispute or legal need. Product support records have the retention schedule described in the Pellucid privacy policy. Hosting logs and email-provider recovery copies are also subject to the provider’s settings and retention arrangements. A deletion request doesn’t instantly remove all backup or recovery copies; we’ll explain applicable limits when responding.
Your privacy choices and requests
You can ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing michael.jordan@jordansoft.net. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent or complain to a privacy regulator. We review requests with proportionate identity verification and explain any legal retention requirement or other applicable limitation.
Only provide information needed to identify your request. We won’t ask for passwords or private cryptographic keys to verify it. The applicable legal deadlines and rights take precedence over this notice.
Changes
We’ll update this page when these practices change. A new notice doesn’t itself authorize a new use of previously collected information; any required consent must be obtained before that use begins.
