JordanSoft Ads Operations
We use JordanSoft Ads Operations to inspect our own Google Ads account. It’s a Windows command-line application operated by Michael Jordan for JordanSoft LLC, an independent software company in Murphy, North Carolina.
What the app does
The current version reads account identity, currency, time zone, auto-tagging settings, campaign configuration and performance, keyword cost estimates, and eligible offline conversion actions through the Google Ads API. It displays results locally. At the owner’s direction, a separate fixed-purpose operator can create, verify, enable or pause the company’s budget-limited advertising pilot. It doesn’t edit payment methods or billing settings.
An optional Data Manager check sends one fictional event with validation-only mode enforced; it does not ingest conversions or send customer purchase data. Routine purchase sending remains disabled while its delivery and refund workflow is qualified; a separate live-qualification command can send one expressly selected, genuinely attributed purchase or value adjustment.
The purchase-reporting workflow is now being qualified for selected, genuinely attributed purchases with recorded visitor consent. Its guarded sender supports purchases and partial-refund value updates; full refunds require a separate reviewed retraction. Local maintenance prepares eligible work and reconciles processing receipts, but sending remains an explicit operator action. The tool never treats a download click as a purchase.
Google account access
Sign-in happens in Google’s website through the system browser. Google’s Ads permission is labeled “See, edit, create, and delete your Google Ads accounts and data.” Opting into measurement functionality also requests Data Manager permission to manage customer data across Google advertising products. The tool uses these permissions for account inspection, expressly authorized campaign setup, synthetic measurement validation, and guarded purchase reporting when enabled. It never receives your Google password.
Client credentials and sign-in tokens are encrypted on the operator’s Windows computer using Windows CurrentUser DPAPI. Google Ads requests go directly from that computer to Google. This website doesn’t receive those credentials or account results.
